By accessing or using BizSkill Forge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

BizSkill Forge is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the universities or business schools referenced within the Platform.

BizSkill Forge is an AI-powered business education platform that provides:

• Interactive MBA-level courses with gamification
• AI-generated video lectures and case studies
• Business planning and venture building tools
• Community features for collaboration
• AI tutoring powered by third-party language models

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

BizSkill Forge offers free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content including lectures, case studies, course materials, and tutoring responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors
• You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions
• The Platform's AI professors and tutors are fictional personas, not real individuals

BizSkill Forge's "Schools of Thought" feature models pedagogical approaches based on publicly available information about various business schools' teaching methodologies. These are interpretive models created for educational purposes and do not represent official curricula, endorsements, or partnerships with any institution.

All Platform content, design, code, and AI-generated materials are owned by or licensed to BizSkill Forge. You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., business plans, ventures), but grant us a license to host and display it within the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
• Use automated tools to access the Platform beyond normal usage

BizSkill Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, but we may retain certain data as required by law.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
